그동안 비공개 재판이 진행돼왔던 문재인 정부의 탈북어민 강제 북송 사건 1심 재판이 오늘 공개 재판으로 전환됐습니다.

지난해 11월 첫 재판 이후 국정원 직원들에 대한 심문이 이어지면서 비공개 재판이 진행됐었는데요.

앞으로도 사안에 따라 비공개로 재판이 열릴 가능성도 있습니다.

2019년 탈북 어민 2명을 다시 북한으로 보낸 이른바 '탈북어민 강제북송' 사건 재판이 공개 재판으로 전환됐습니다.

앞서 지난해 11월 첫 공판 이후 국정원 직원들의 증언이 이어졌습니다.

국정원 직원들의 증언 내용은 국가 안보와 관련됐다는 이유로 그동안 재판은 비공개로 진행됐습니다.

앞으로는 통일부 직원들과 문재인 정부 당시 청와대 국가안보실 직원들의 증언이 예정돼 있습니다.

검찰은 문재인 정부 안보라인 핵심 관계자들에게 국정원법상 직권남용과 허위공문서 작성·행사 혐의가 있다고 의심하고 있습니다.

북한 주민도 헌법상 대한민국 국민이고,온라인 슬롯 사이트 추천이들이 귀순 의사를 밝힌 만큼 국내에서 적법한 수사와 재판을 받아야 하는데,온라인 슬롯 사이트 추천정치적 상황을 고려해 돌려보냈다는 겁니다.
