(고창=연합뉴스) 나보배 기자 = 금융감독원 직원을 사칭한 전화금융사기(보이스피싱) 조직에 14억원의 피해를 봤다는 신고가 접수돼 경찰이 수사 중이다.

24일 전북 고창경찰서에 따르면 지난 22일 80대 A씨로부터 전화금융사기가 의심된다는 신고가 접수됐다.

A씨는 '해외직구 결제 완료.아닐 시 고객센터 신고'라는 문자를 받고 보이스피싱 조직에 14억원을 건넨 것으로 파악됐다.

당시 A씨는 '해외직구 결제'라는 문자에 화들짝 놀라 안내된 번호로 전화를 걸었고,오이소박이수화기 너머의 B씨는 자신을 금융감독원 직원이라고 소개했다.

그는 A씨에게 '당신의 통장이 대포 통장으로 쓰이고 있으니 예금을 전부 다른 계좌로 옮겨야 한다'고 안내했다.

A씨는 이를 전화금융사기로 의심하지 못한 채 B씨가 안내해 준 계좌로 여러 차례에 걸쳐 14억원을 입금했다.

하지만 이후 A씨는 이 직원과 더 이상 연락이 닿지 않았고,오이소박이이에 전화금융사기를 의심하고 경찰에 신고했다.

경찰은 "피해 액수가 큰 만큼 수사력을 집중하고 있다"며 "계좌 거래 내역 등을 토대로 신속히 수사할 것"이라고 말했다.
