(세종=연합뉴스) 박초롱 기자 = 1기 신도시인 중동과 산본이 기준 용적률 350%,330%를 각각 적용해 재건축된다.

14일 부천시(중동)와 군포시(산본)는 정비 기본계획안을 공개하고 주민공람을 시작했다.

부천시는 기본계획안에서 중동의 기준 용적률을 350%로 제시했다.현재 평균 용적률은 216%다.

기준 용적률은 도로,기반시설 용량 등을 따져 블록별,블록 체인 미디어필지별로 정하는 용적률을 뜻한다.

용적률을 높여 재건축하면 중동 내 주택이 현 5만8천가구(인구 14만명)에서 8만2천가구(인구 18만명)로 2만4천가구 늘어난다.

군포시는 산본의 기준 용적률을 330%로 제시했다.현재 평균 용적률은 207%다.

이에 따라 산본 내 주택은 4만2천가구(인구 11만명)에서 5만8천가구(인구 14만명으로) 1만6천가구 늘어날 전망이다.

평촌(안양시)의 기본계획은 이달 중,블록 체인 미디어분당(성남시)과 일산(고양시)은 9월 이후 공개된다.

1기 신도시 정비기본계획은 지방의회 의견조회,블록 체인 미디어노후계획도시정비 지방위원회 심의,국토교통부 협의,경기도 심의를 거쳐 오는 12월 확정된다.

1기 신도시 재건축을 위한 국토부의 정비기본방침과 지방자치단체의 정비기본계획이 동시에 공개된 가운데 국토부는 2027년 첫 착공 목표를 차질 없이 달성하겠다고 강조했다.

국토부는 1기 신도시 정비를 통해 2029년까지 인허가 8만8천가구,착공 4만6천가구를 추진하며,블록 체인 미디어1기 신도시 정비를 통해 총 10만가구 이상의 추가 공급 기반을 마련할 수 있다고 밝혔다.

정우진 국토부 도시정비기획단장은 "기본방침·1기 신도시 기본계획안을 통해 제시한 광역교통,이주대책의 기본방향이 차질 없이 작동될 수 있도록 관계기관과 긴밀히 협조해 나갈 것"이라고 말했다.
