25일 부동산업계에 따르면 김우빈은 지난 3월 자신의 명의로 서울 강남구 논현동 소재 빌딩을 137억원에 매입했다.지난 11일 3개월 만에 소유권 이전 등기를 마쳤다.지하 2층,울산현대 선수지상 5층 규모로 대지면적은 315.5m²(95.4평),울산현대 선수연면적은 1316.84m²(398.34평)다.

이 빌딩은 방탄소년단(BTS)을 배출한 빅히트뮤직이 2007년부터 2011년까지 사용했다.BTS 멤버들이 땀과 눈물을 쏟으며 연습,울산현대 선수K팝 대표 그룹으로 성장한 곳이다.

빅히트뮤직은 2007년부터 구 사옥을 사용하다 2018년 삼성동으로 사옥을 이전했다.이후 2020년 하이브로 사명을 변경하고 용산으로 다시 거취를 옮겼다.

2017년 비인두암 진단을 받고 투병생활을 해왔던 김우빈은 6년 만에 영화‘외계+인’으로 컴백해 왕성한 작품 활동을 하고 있다.

차기작은 김은숙 작가의 신작인 넷플릭스 새 오리지널 시리즈‘다 이루어질지니’이다.배우 신민아와 10년째 공개 열애 중이다.
