대법원 1부(주심 노태악 대법관)는 강도살인 등 혐의로 기소된 이경우와 황대한에게 무기징역을 선고한 원심 판결을 11일 확정했다.공범인 연지호(31)를 비롯해 범행 배후인 유상원(52),야구 엄지보호대황은희(50) 부부도 각각 징역 23년형,야구 엄지보호대8년형,야구 엄지보호대6년형이 확정됐다.
