[디지털데일리 최천욱 기자] 대출 서류 등을 위조해 허위 대출로 100억원대의 돈을 빼돌린 혐의를 받는 우리은행 직원이 구속 상태로 재판에 넘겨졌다.
창원지검 형사1부(황보현희 부장검사)는 경남 김해지역 우리은행 지점 직원 30대 A씨를 특정경제범죄가중처벌법상 사기 등 혐의로 구속기소 했다고 8일 밝혔다.
그는 지난해 7월부터 지난 5월까지 35회에 걸쳐 개인 등 고객 17명 명의로 허위 대출을 신청해 대출금 177억7000만원을 지인 계좌로 빼돌린 혐의를 받는다.또 지난해 7월에서 9월사이에는 개인 고객 2명에게 연락해 남아 있는 대출 절차를 위해 이미 입금한 대출금을 잠시 인출해야 한다고 속여 2억2000만원을 지인 계좌로 받기도 했다.
A씨는 빼돌린 돈 대부분을 코인 등 가상화폐에 투자했던 것으로 드러났다.검찰과 경찰은 가상자산 거래소 예치금(약 45억 원),알자우라 sc은행 예금 등을 동결 조처했다.
