올해 하반기 서울에서 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트 가구 수가 상반기보다 대폭 늘어날 전망입니다.

다만 입주 물량이 강동구와 송파구 등 동남권에 집중돼 있어 전세시장 안정에 미치는 영향은 제한적일 것으로 보입니다.

부동산 플랫폼 직방 조사에 따르면 올해 하반기 서울 아파트 입주 물량은 1만 8천439가구로 5천15가구에 그쳤던 상반기보다 268% 늘어납니다.

1만 2천32가구 규모의 강동구 올림픽파크포레온과 1천265가구 규모의 송파구 힐스테이트 e편한세상 문정 등 대단지들이 입주에 나서기 때문입니다.

지역별로는 강동구(1만 3천603가구),18홀의 승부사송파구(1천314가구),18홀의 승부사강북구(1천45가구),18홀의 승부사성동구(825가구) 등의 순으로 입주 물량이 많습니다.

하반기 전국 아파트 입주 물량은 총 16만 4천633가구로 상반기(15만 1천191가구)보다 9% 많습니다.

권역별로는 수도권에서 상반기보다 10% 늘어난 7만 9천986가구가 입주하며,18홀의 승부사지방에서는 8% 늘어난 8만 4천647가구가 입주합니다.
