양측 의견이 좁혀지지 않자 피해자는 바로 소송을 진행했다.아울러 당시 블랙박스 영상을 유튜브 채널 '한문철TV'에 제보했다.

한문철 변호사는 지난 26일 한문철TV 22253회 영상에서 "당연히 100:0"이라며 피해자의 손을 들어줬다.
