이어 심신미약 주장에 대해서 "분만으로 인한 불안한 심리 상태에서 살인 사건을 저질렀다고 볼 수 없다"고 설명했습니다.

이 여성은 지난 2018년 11월과 2019년 11월 두 차례에 걸쳐 아이를 낳은 뒤 살해해 경기도 수원의 자택 냉장고에 시신을 숨긴 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.
