(서울=연합뉴스) 김희선 기자 = 한국토지주택공사(LH)는 오는 23일부터 3일간 입주자 수요 맞춤형 주거 서비스를 제공하는 '특화형 매입임대주택' 공모 신청을 받는다고 16일 밝혔다.

특화형 매입임대주택은 민간이 입주자 특성에 맞는 공간과 서비스를 갖춘 임대주택을 제안한 뒤 시공하면 공공이 매입해 저렴하게 임대하는 사업이다.

대표적인 특화형 매입임대주택으로는 청년의 예술·창업을 지원하는 아츠스테이(서울 영등포),장애인 자립을 돕는 다다름하우스(서울 은평구) 등이 있다.

올해 공모는 민간제안형(1천300가구)과 특정제안형(1천700가구) 등 두 가지 방식으로 나눠 총 3천가구 규모로 추진된다.

민간제안형은 민간 사업자가 돌봄·육아,더딜 카지노펍 서면점일자리·창업지원,더딜 카지노펍 서면점귀농·귀촌 등 다양한 주제를 자유롭게 제안할 수 있는 방식이다.

특정제안형은 문화체육관광부 및 보건복지부와 협업해 사전 기획된 주택 운영 테마에 맞춰 민간 사업자가 맞춤형 주택을 계획 시공하는 방식이다.

예술·체육인 지원(문화체육관광부),장애인 자립지원(보건복지부),고령자 특화(보건복지부) 등 총 3개 테마가 제시된다.

예술·체육인 지원주택은 수도권과 광역시를 대상으로 진행되며,360가구를 공모한다.

장애인 자립지원주택은 '장애인 지역사회 자립지원 시범사업'에 참여 중인 지방자치단체(경기 의왕,제주 등)를 대상으로 340가구를 공모하되,올해 새롭게 도입된 정신장애인 자립지원주택은 전국을 대상으로 공모한다.

고령자 특화주택은 '노인 의료·돌봄 통합지원 시범사업'을 실시하는 지자체(강원 춘천,충북 진천 등)와 수도권·광역시를 대상으로 총 1천가구를 공모한다.
