(서울=연합뉴스) 이민영 기자 = 아이오케이 주가가 27일 디모아 대상 유상증자를 결정했다는 소식에 8% 넘게 상승했다.

이날 코스닥시장에서 아이오케이는 전장 대비 8.12% 오른 5천460원에 거래를 마쳤다.

주가는 장중 29.90% 오른 6천560원까지 오르며 상한가를 기록했으나 장 후반 차익 실현 매물 등에 상승폭을 줄였다.

디모아도 전장 대비 6.40% 오른 6천150원에 거래를 마쳤다.

전날 아이오케이는 기타자금 조달을 위해 디모아를 대상으로 60억원 규모의 제3자배정 유상증자를 결정했다고 공시했다.

디모아는 아이오케이의 주식 143만8천848주를 취득할 예정이며 취득 목적은 "추가 지분 취득 및 전략적 투자"라고 밝혔다.
