고용부,스마일 로또2018년부터 삼성전자와 MOU 통해 취업서비스 지원

(세종=뉴스1) 나혜윤 기자 = 실전형 소프트웨어 개발자 양성을 지원하는 삼성 청년 소프트웨어 아카데미(Samsung Software Academy For Youth,스마일 로또SSAFY) 10기 과정이 25일 종료됐다.

삼성 청년 소프트웨어 아카데미(SSAFY)는 삼성의 대표적인 청년고용지원 프로그램이다.이 프로그램에서는 1년간 실습 중심의 집중 코딩교육과 실전형 자기주도 학습을 통해 현장의 문제 해결 능력을 갖춘 경쟁력 있는 청년 소프트웨어 인재를 양성한다.

고용부는 2018년부터 삼성전자와 업무협약을 맺고,삼성 청년 소프트웨어 아카데미(SSAFY) 운영에 필요한 교육과정 홍보·취업 서비스를 지원하고,2022년부터는 훈련비 일부 등을 지원하여 인력양성 규모를 확대했다.

이날 수료식에 참석한 이정한 고용정책실장은 10기 과정을 성공적으로 마친 교육생들을 축하하고 서울,대전,광주,스마일 로또구미,스마일 로또부울경 등 전국 5개 캠퍼스에서 우수한 성적을 거둔 수료생 5명에게 고용노동부 장관상을 수여했다.

이정한 고용정책실장은 "정부는 더 많은 기업이 싸피(SSAFY)와 같은 청년 인재 육성 프로그램을 운영할 수 있도록 지원하겠다"면서 "현장 수요가 높은 인재를 양성하는 K-디지털 트레이닝,스마일 로또수시·경력직 채용 경향에 대응하기 위한 일경험 사업 등을 지속 추진할 계획"이라고 말했다.
