의료계의 집단 휴진 예고에 정부가 지자체를 통해 개원의 진료명령과 휴진 신고명령을 내리기로 했습니다.

집단행동을 주도하고 있는 의사협회에 대해선 공정거래법 위반 여부 등 법적 검토에 착수합니다.

정부가 오는 18일 집단 휴진 계획을 밝힌 의사단체에 행정명령으로 대응하기로 했습니다.

정부는 중앙재난안전대책본부 논의를 거쳐,개원의에 대한 진료명령과 휴진 신고 명령을 발령하기로 했다고 밝혔습니다.

중대본 논의 결과에 따라 각 시도는 관할 의료기관에,오는 18일에 진료를 실시하라는 명령을 내리게 됩니다.

그럼에도 휴진하려는 의료기관은 13일까지 사전 신고를 해야합니다.

정부는 집단휴진을 선언한 대한의사협회를 대상으로는 공정거래법 위반 여부 등을 검토하겠다고 설명했습니다.

정부는 집단 휴진이 의사로서 윤리적·직업적 책무를 저버리는 것이라고 비판했습니다.

그러면서도 대규모 휴진이 현실화되지 않도록 설득과 소통을 지속하겠다고 덧붙였습니다.

의료계 입장은 강경합니다.

의협은 '내년도 의대 증원 원점 재검토'를 요구하며,로또 그것이알고싶다집단 휴진 실행은 정부의 입장 변화에 달려있다고 밝혔습니다.

의협보다 하루 먼저 휴진하는 서울의대 교수들은 전공의에 대한 행정명령 등을 전면 취소해야 한다고 촉구했습니다.

휴진 예고가 잇따르는 가운데,로또 그것이알고싶다2020년 의료계 집단휴진 당시 개원의 참여율이 10% 미만에 그쳐 여파가 크지 않을 거란 관측도 나옵니다.
