(서울=연합뉴스) 김윤구 기자 = 배달 앱 요기요의 배달비 무료 멤버십 서비스 '요기패스X'를 네이버에서도 만날 수 있게 됐다.

요기요는 오는 26일부터 '네이버플러스 멤버십'과 제휴한다고 19일 밝혔다.

쿠팡이츠의 공세에 업계 2위에서 3위로 밀린 요기요가 빼앗긴 점유율을 회복하기 위해 네이버와 손잡은 것으로 풀이된다.

'요기패스X with 네이버플러스 멤버십'은 기존 '네이버플러스 멤버십'의 최대 5% 적립 등 혜택에 더해 요기요 배달비 무료 혜택까지 제공한다.

'네이버플러스 멤버십' 가입자라면 네이버와 요기요 계정을 연동하면 추가 비용 없이 '요기패스X' 혜택을 적용받을 수 있다.

'요기패스X'는 요기요의 '배달비 무료' 멤버십 서비스로,뉴질랜드 해밀턴대상 가게에서 최소 주문 금액 이상 주문하면 횟수 제한 없이 배달비 무료 혜택을 제공한다.

최근 배달 앱 시장은 '배달비 무료' 혜택을 내건 구독 서비스 경쟁이 치열하다.

쿠팡이츠는 쿠팡 유료 멤버십인 와우 회원을 대상으로 묶음배달 서비스를 무료로 제공하고 있다.무료 배달 서비스 시행 두 달 만인 지난달 26일 전국으로 확대했다.

배달의민족은 알뜰배달 배달비가 무료인 구독 서비스 '배민클럽'을 지난달 28일 시작했다.'배민클럽'은 당분간 무료이지만 몇 달 안에 유료로 전환될 예정이다.

업계 최초로 '배달비 무료' 멤버십을 선보인 요기요는 지난 4월 '요기패스X' 구독료를 월 4천900원에서 2천900원으로 인하했다.

네이버 플러스 멤버십 가격은 월 4천900원이다.

요기요 측은 "커피 한 잔의 부담 없는 가격으로 이커머스부터 배달 앱까지 다양한 혜택을 받고 싶은 고객이라면 '네이버플러스 멤버십'을 통해 '요기패스X'를 경험할 좋은 기회"라고 말했다.

요기요는 앞으로도 협업 모델을 계속 구축할 계획이다.

요기요는 일부 지역에서 기존 배달 중개 수수료 12.5% 상품 외에 수수료를 낮춘 상품을 테스트하고 있다.배달은 9.7%,뉴질랜드 해밀턴포장은 7.7% 수수료를 각각 적용하는 요금제다.
