5세 남자아이를 심정지 상태에 빠트린 30대 태권도 관장이 구속됐습니다.

경기북부경찰청 여성청소년수사대는 아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법상 아동학대 중상해 혐의로 30대 남성 A씨를 14일 구속했습니다.

A씨는 지난 12일 오후 7시 20분쯤 경기 양주시 덕계동의 한 태권도장에서 A씨가 말아놓은 매트 사이에 B(5)군을 거꾸로 넣은 채 10분 이상 방치해 중태에 빠지게 한 혐의를 받습니다.

이후 A씨는 B군이 숨을 쉬지 않자 같은 건물 아래층에 있는 의원으로 옮겼지만 B군이 청색증을 보이며 호흡과 맥박이 없자 의원에서 119에 신고했습니다.

B군은 현재까지도 의식을 회복하지 못하고 있는 것으로 알려졌습니다.

신고를 받고 출동한 경찰은 A씨를 현장에서 긴급체포했습니다.

A씨는 경찰 조사에서 "장난으로 그랬다"고 진술했으며,에볼루션 바카라 페어영장실질심사에서도 학대 범행의 고의성을 부인하는 취지로 주장했습니다.

경찰은 또 A씨가 B군이 병원으로 이송된 이후 자신의 범행 장면이 담긴 태권도장 폐쇄회로(CC)TV 영상을 삭제한 정황도 파악했습니다.
