서울 강남 오피스텔에서 모녀를 흉기로 찔러 숨지게 한 박학선(65) 씨가 검찰에 넘겨졌다.

7일 경찰 등에 따르면 서울 수서경찰서는 살인 혐의로 박 씨를 서울중앙지검에 구속 송치했다.

박 씨는 지난달 30일 오후 7시쯤 서울 강남 한 오피스텔 사무실에서 60대 여성 A씨와 그의 30대 딸 B씨를 흉기로 찔러 살해한 혐의를 받는다.

그는 이날 검찰로 송치되며 "이별 통보를 듣고 범행을 저질렀나"라는 질문에 "아니다"라고 짧게 대답했다.

이후 "흉기는 왜 다른 곳에 버렸나" "딸에게는 왜 범행을 저질렀나" 등 질문에는 "죄송하다"고만 답하며 호송차에 올랐다.

그는 A씨와 교제 중인 사이로 A씨는 박 씨에게 이별을 통보하기 위해 자신의 사무실에서 딸과 함께 그를 만났다가 범행을 당한 것으로 알려졌다.

박 씨는 당시 범행 이후 현장에서 도주했으며 피해자들은 심정지 상태로 병원에 이송됐으나 끝내 숨졌다.경찰은 추적 끝에 같은 달 31일 오전 7시 45분쯤 서울 지하철 남태령역 인근에서 그를 긴급체포했다.

박 씨는 우발적 범행을 주장하고 있으나 경찰은 "여러 자료로 봤을 때 피해자 가족이 교제를 반대하고 피해자도 이별을 통보해 앙심을 품고 범행을 저지른 것으로 보인다"고 전했다.
