(창원=연합뉴스) 정종호 기자 = 전국금속노동조합 경남지부(이하 노조)는 4일 오전 창원 성산구 현대위아 창원1공장 정문 앞에서 기자회견을 열고 현대위아를 상대로 근로자지위 확인 소송에 돌입한다고 밝혔다.

현대위아는 현대자동차그룹의 핵심 계열사로 자동차 부품 등을 생산한다.

노조에 따르면 현대위아는 지난 2월 비정규직 근로자 파견 문제 등을 해결하기 위해 자동차 모듈 제조사인 모비언트와 부품 제조를 전문으로 하는 업체 테크젠을 계열사로 설립했다.

기존 현대위아 비정규직 근로자 등은 '부제소 동의서'를 쓰는 조건으로 이 계열사 구성원으로 일하게 됐다.

대상자 2천여명 대부분은 이 조건을 받아들였으나 노조원 등 46명은 이를 수락하지 않고 자신들을 현대위아 구성원으로 인정해달라며 이번 소송을 제기했다.

노조는 회견에서 "현대위아는 모든 비정규직 노동자를 구성원으로 받아들일 것을 요구한다"고 말했다.

회견 이후 창원지법에서는 이번 근로자지위 확인 소송의 첫 재판이 열린다.
