천호 우성아파트 재건축 정비사업은 총 2429억원 규모로 서울 강동구 천호동 19-1번지 일원에 지하 4층~지상 15층,11개동,629가구와 부대 복리시설을 새롭게 조성하는 사업이다.

단지는 지하철 5호선 명일역과 굽은다리역 도보권으로 올림픽대로와 외부 순환로 진출입이 용이하다.

500m 내에는 천호초·중,성덕고 등 학교가 있어 교육환경이 우수하며,홈플러스,명일전통시장,강동경희대병원,알라벳 토토강동성심병원이 1㎞ 내 위치해 생활 인프라도 잘 갖춰져 있다.

롯데건설은 강동을 대표하는 상징적인 시그니처 외관 설계와 독창적이고 균형 잡힌 입면 디자인,알라벳 토토옥상 장식물부터 측벽까지 이어지는 경관 라인,프레임 파사드로 통일감을 부여한 커뮤니티시설,저층부의 흐름과 연계되는 고품격 대형 문주 등을 선보일 예정이다.

롯데건설 관계자는 "천호 우성아파트를 위한 차별화된 설계와 단지의 상징성을 표현한 외관 디자인을 선보일 예정"이라고 밝혔다．
