서울 용산경찰서는 민 대표가 오늘(9일) 오후 2시께 경찰서로 출석해 첫 피고발인 조사를 받는다고 밝혔습니다.

앞서 하이브는 자회사 어도어의 민 대표를 업무상 배임 혐의로 고발했습니다.

하이브는 민 대표가 어도어 경영권을 탈취하는 계획을 수립해 어도어 회사에 대한 업무상 배임 혐의가 있고,미프로야구개막전이를 뒷받침할만한 구체적인 관련자 진술과 물증을 확보했다고 주장해왔습니다.

하지만 민 대표 측은 지분 구조상 경영권 찬탈이 불가능하며 회사 가치를 훼손하는 행위를 기도하거나 실행에 착수해 배임을 저지른 사실이 없다는 입장입니다.
