검찰은 공범이 수사 당시 혐의를 자백하는 취지로 진술한 진술조서 등을 증거로 제출했지만 A씨는 이를 부인했고,화장실 월드컵재판부는 조서를 증거에서 배제했습니다.

결국 1심과 2심은 무죄를 선고했고,화장실 월드컵대법원도 "원심의 판단에 증거능력 등에 관한 법리를 오해한 잘못이 없다"며 무죄를 확정했습니다.
