재단은 조직 활동과 관련 규범 준수사항을 점검하고 예방 차원에서의 모니터링을 적극 시행해 연간 제도화 실적을 도출한 점을 인정받았다.

ISO37301은 부패에 대한 부정적 인식을 공유해 지속 가능한 준법경영시스템을 수립 및 개발하기 위해 국제표준화기구(ISO)가 2021년 4월 제정한 국제표준이다.

재단은 준법경영을 위한 목표와 통제수단을 설정하고 재무적·비재무적 관리체계를 새로 제정함으로써 국제기준에 부합하는 준법경영시스템을 구축했다.

지난해 최초로 인증한 부패방지경영시스템(ISO37001)을 사후 심사로 인증을 유지했다.이를 토대로 최대 부패 리스크인 부정 청탁 및 불공정 행정 처리를 근절하겠다는 것이 재단의 방침이다.

최병권 대표이사는 “재단의 5대 사회적 가치 달성 목표(안전·인권·상생·청렴·ESG) 중 하나인 청렴 경영이 2년 연속 안착해 내재화된 결과”라며 “잘 갖춰진 경영시스템을 바탕으로 부정부패가 스며들 틈이 없도록 더욱 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
