일산병원에 '경기 서북부 공공의료기관 연계 응급의료 네트워크’구축.응급환자 전원시 실시간 모니터링과학기술정보통신부(과기정통부)와 정보통신산업진흥원(원장 허성욱,룩셈부르크 국기이하 NIPA)은 경기 서북부 의료 서비스 개선을 위해 4일 국민건강보험 일산병원에‘인공지능(AI) 기반 응급 의료 네트워크 통합 시스템’을 오픈했다고 밝혔다.

오픈식에는 일산병원 한창훈 병원장,경기도 서북부 의료원 3개 병원장,룩셈부르크 국기공공의료기관 내외빈과‘AI 기반 응급의료 네트워크’과제를 수행 중인 기업 관계자들이 참여했다.행사에서는 각각의 AI 응급서비스,룩셈부르크 국기AI 의료솔루션,룩셈부르크 국기클라우드 병원 정보 시스템을 실제 인근 병원 응급실과 연계하는 시연이 이뤄졌다.응급의료 센터와 AI 앰뷸런스 견학을 통해 AI 기반 응급의료 네트워크 서비스를 참관할 수 있는 시간도 마련됐다.

'AI 기반 응급의료 네트워크'는 과기정통부와 NIPA가 지역간 의료 격차를 해소하고 의료의 질을 높이고자 2023년부터 추진하고 있는‘AI 기반 의료시스템 디지털 전환 지원’사업 일환이다.주관기관인 국민건강보험공단 일산병원은 경기 서북부 의료기관 이용이 미흡함을 고려해 이 사업을 통해 일산병원과 경기도의료원 파주병원,포천병원,의정부병원을 연결하는 AI 기반 응급의료 네트워크를 구축했다.

'AI 기반 응급의료 네트워크'를 통해 응급 환자 전원 시 실시간 모니터링,룩셈부르크 국기심뇌혈관 AI 의료솔루션을 통한 응급 환자 영상 분석 및 예측,룩셈부르크 국기병원 간 응급환자 의료데이터 공유 등을 통해 경기 서북부 3개 의료원을 연결하는 AI 핫라인을 구축했고,향후 각 솔루션을 연계해 치료의 골든타임을 확보함으로써 일산병원이 경기 서북부 지역의 AI 핫라인 통합 관제 센터 역할을 수행할 예정이다.

NIPA AI융합본부 문장원 본부장은 “AI 기반 응급의료 네트워크 시스템을 통해 인근 병원과 협업해 일산병원이 지역 의료 격차 해소를 위한 거점으로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다”면서 “앞으로도 지역·공공의료기관에 대한 적극적 지원과 의료 서비스 향상 및 의료 질 제고를 위한 다양한 방안을 모색할 예정”이라고 밝혔다.
