AI로 스마트폰 배경화면 자동으로 변경하고 프로필 사진도 만들 수 있다.LG유플러스는 세계 최초로 시도한 AI 월페이퍼 서비스도 선보였다.스마트폰으로‘프롬프트’(생성형 AI 명령어)를 직접 입력하면 해당 콘셉트에 맞춰 AI가 즉석으로 단 하나뿐인 스마트폰 배경화면 제작해주는 서비스다.

LG유플러스는 고객을 분석해 숨은 수요를 발굴하고 맞춤형 광고를 제작하는 등 마케팅에 AI를 적용할 예정이다.마케팅 단계 중 고객 분석 과정에서는 익시 기반 고객 분석 모형‘타깃 인사이트’가 활용된다.데이터 취합부터 리포트 제작까지 3단계에 AI를 적용해 분석을 자동화하고 이를 통해 최장 3개월까지 소요되던 분석 기간을 이틀로 줄이면서 고객 맞춤 타깃팅 성과를 최대 5배까지 높일 수 있었다.

LG유플러스는 관계자는 “전 세계적으로 AI가 큰 화두로 떠올랐지만 여전히 진입장벽이 높아 직접 AI를 경험하고 체감할 수 있는 기회는 많지 않다”며 “많은 사람들이 AI를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 다양한 AI 서비스를 지속적으로 내놓겠다”고 밝혔다.
