(서울=뉴스1) 김일창 기자 = 국내 미술품 경매 역사상 처음으로 출품됐던 부동산 분양권이 예상 낙찰가보다 59억 원 비싸게 팔렸다.

서울옥션은 25일 오후 서울 강남구 강남센터에서 제179회 미술품 경매를 진행한 결과 세계적인 건축가 리차드 마이어가 설계에 참여한 하이엔드 주거 시설인 '더 팰리스 73' 내 오피스텔 1개 호실이 219억 원에 낙찰됐다고 밝혔다.

이 오피스텔의 분양가는 경매 시작가보다 50억 원 비싼 210억 원이다.이 오피스텔은 서울 서초구 반포동 옛 쉐라톤팔래스 호텔 부지에 지어진다.

이 건축물은 '건축계의 노벨상'이라고 불리는 프리츠커상을 최연소 수상한 미국 건축가 마이어가 직접 설계에 참여한 국내 최초의 주거용 시설이다.

이번에 낙찰된 호실은 마이어가 설립한 '마이어 파트너스'가 내부 인테리어 디자인을 진행하고,서울옥션은 아트컨설팅을 제공하며 구매 수수료를 면제할 예정이다.

이날 경매에서는 총 110점의 작품,총 78억 원 어치가 출품됐다.이 가운데 김창열 작가의 '물방울 ABS Nº 2'는 9억 8000만 원에 새 주인을 찾았다.
