내년부터는 56세 국민이 국가건강검진을 받을 때 C형 간염 검사를 함께 받을 수 있다.내년도 기준 1969년생에 해당하며,우니베르시타테아 크라이오바생애 1회 적용된다.

보건복지부는 3일 제2차 국가건강검진위원회를 열어 일반건강검진에 C형 간염 검사를 신규 도입하고,골다공증 검사 대상자를 늘리는 방안을 추진하기로 했다.

C형 간염은 혈액이나 체액을 매개로 전파되는 바이러스성 감염병으로,만성화되면 지속적인 간 손상을 유발할 뿐만 아니라 간경변이나 간암으로 악화할 수도 있다.

대한간학회에 따르면,국내 간암 발생의 약 10~15%는 C형 간염이 원인이다.

C형 간염은 예방 백신은 없지만 치료제로 완치가 가능하므로 감염 사실을 조기에 발견하고 빨리 치료를 시작하는 게 중요하다.더욱이 C형 간염 바이러스에 감염된 후에도 무증상인 경우가 많아 의심 증상이 나타나지 않더라도 검사를 받는 게 좋다.

이번에 C형 간염 검사는 항체 검사이므로,우니베르시타테아 크라이오바결과가 양성으로 나오면 별도의 확진 검사를 받아야 한다.항체 검사는 C형 간염을 앓고 있거나,과거에 감염됐다가 치료돼 현재는 환자가 아닌 경우에도 양성으로 나올 수 있다.

질병관리청은 C형 간염 항체검사에서 양성으로 나온 국민들이 확진 검사를 조기에 받을 수 있도록 확진검사 비용을 지원하는 방안을 마련 중이다.

또한 여성들은 그동안 54·66세 등 일생에 총 2회 골다공증 검사를 받을 수 있었지만,우니베르시타테아 크라이오바내년부터는 60세를 포함해 총 3회 검사가 가능하다.

이날 위원회에서 결정된 사안은 올해 하반기에 관련 시스템 개편 등 후속 작업을 거쳐 내년 1월부터 적용된다.
