검찰이 구독자 1천20만명을 보유한 '먹방' 유튜버 쯔양(본명 박정원)의 과거사를 폭로하겠다고 협박하고 수천만원이 호가하는 계약을 맺은 정황이 있는 일명 '사이버 렉카' 유튜버들의 혐의를 들여다 볼 예정이다.

11일 조선일보에 따르면,젠틀맨 바카라서울중앙지검 형사3부(부장 최순호)는 쯔양을 협박하거나,협박에 가담한 것으로 알려진 유튜버들에 대한 공갈 혐의 고발 사건을 배당 받았다.

검찰은 유튜브 등을 통해 공개된 음성녹취에 언급되는 것처럼 쯔양으로부터 수억원을 뜯어낼 계획을 세웠는지,젠틀맨 바카라수천만원에 달하는 계약의 체결 전후 사정 등을 폭넓게 들여다 볼 것으로 전해졌다.

한편,젠틀맨 바카라쯔양은 소속사 대표였던 전 남자친구에게 지난 4년간 데이트 폭력과 불법 촬영을 당했다고 주장해 충격을 안겼다.또 40억 원이 넘는 돈을 갈취당했다는 주장도 하고 있다.

지난 10일 유튜브 채널 '가로세로연구소'는 소위 '렉카'라고 불리는 일부 유튜버들이 쯔양 측에게 돈을 뜯어낸 정황이 담긴 통화 녹취를 공개했고,쯔양도 이에 대해 일정 부분 인정을 하며 파장이 커지고 있다.

다만,녹취록에 등장한 일부 유튜버는 관련 의혹을 강하게 부인하고 있다.
