[서울=뉴시스] 박은비 기자 = 두산밥캣을 흡수합병하는 두산로보틱스 주가가 24% 가까이 뛰었다.

12일 한국거래소에 따르면 두산로보틱스는 전 거래일 대비 2만400원(23.92%) 상승한 10만5700원에 거래를 마쳤다.두산로보틱스에 합병되는 두산밥캣(5.00%)은 하락 출발했다가 상승 전환한 반면 두산에너빌리티(-4.35%)는 약세를 나타냈다.

두산로보틱스의 경우 전날 장 마감 후 공시를 통해 건설기계를 생산하는 두산밥캣을 완전자회사로 합병한다는 소식이 전해진 영향이다.두산그룹 지배구조 개편에 따른 것으로 전날 이사회를 열고 포괄적 주식교환 등을 결정했다.

두산그룹 관계자는 "업종 구분 없이 혼재돼 있는 사업들을 시너지가 날 수 있는 사업끼리 모아서 클러스터화하는 게 이번 사업 재편의 목적"이라며 "이번 재편의 대상이 된 두산에너빌리티,시드니 멜버른두산밥캣,시드니 멜버른두산로보틱스 3사 모두 윈·윈·윈할 수 있도록 조정했다"고 설명했다.

두산로보틱스와 함께 강세였던 휴림로봇(13.45%),시드니 멜버른유진로봇(1.93%),시드니 멜버른엔젤로보틱스(0.77%)은 상승세가 둔화됐고,시드니 멜버른에브리봇(-0.4%)은 하락 전환했다.

다른 로봇주 주가도 오른 건 국내 첫 인간형 로봇 휴보를 이을 차세대 휴머노이드 로봇이 이르면 연내 모습을 드러낼 것이라는 한 언론 보도 영향으로 보인다.

최근 테슬라와 마이크로소프트,시드니 멜버른아마존 등 주요 빅테크 기업들이 휴머노이드 개발 경쟁에 뛰어든 가운데 삼성전자도 2030년까지 반도체 부인 공정을 구현하기 위한 로봇 연구에 나선 상황이다.
