경기 고양경찰서는 3일 공연음란 혐의로 60대 남성 A씨를 입건해 조사하고 있다고 밝혔다.

A씨는 전날 오후 6시 40분쯤 고양시 덕양구 토당동의 한 노상에서 젊은 여성들을 쳐다보며 바지 지퍼를 열고 음란 행위를 한 혐의를 받는다.

시민의 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰은 A씨를 붙잡아 신원을 파악했고 그가 과거 강제추행 혐의로 실형을 선고받아 신상정보 등록 대상자로 등재된 인물인 것을 확인됐다.

이에 경찰은 사건 경위에 대한 조사를 마치는 대로 A씨에 대해 구속영장을 신청할 방침이다.
