갑자기 쏟아지는 비에 더 취약한 곳들을 저희가 돌아봤습니다.먼저 재작년에도 일가족이 목숨을 잃은 '반지하'입니다.

지난 주말 딱 이틀 내린 비에도 피해는 벌써 시작됐는데 윤정주 기자가 돌아봤습니다.

주말 사이 비 피해를 입은 인천 석남동의 다세대 주택 단지입니다.

전체 12채 모두 지하층이 침수됐는데요.

물이 안까지 들어왔던 집을 한 번 살펴보겠습니다.

현관 바닥 타일에 거뭇거뭇한 흙탕물 자국이 남아 있습니다.

[김모 씨/반지하 주택 주민 : 신발장 안쪽 시멘트까지 (물이) 찰랑찰랑했었죠.그래서 신발들,슬리퍼들 떠다니고…]

문 앞에 세워둔 물막이판은 4시간 동안 나눠 내린 40mm 비조차 막지 못했습니다.

밤새 빗물을 펌프로 퍼내야 했습니다.

주민들이 물을 빼낸다고 빼냈지만,호주 빅토리아아직도 지하층엔 이렇게 물이 손등 높이까지 차 있습니다

인근 다른 반지하도 사정은 비슷합니다.

해마다 반복되는 걱정,호주 빅토리아올해도 또 시작입니다.

주말 90mm 비가 쏟아진 부산도 곳곳이 잠겼습니다.

[김덕수/침수 피해 주민 : 물건도 다 텔레비전도 다 파손됐고.물이 들어와서…]

지하 노래방은 영업을 못 하게 됐고,주차장으로 들어온 물은 건물 계단실까지 밀려들었습니다.

이제 장마 시작,주말 이틀 비로도 피해는 시작됐습니다.
