삼성전자,알메리아 대 엘체LG전자가 9일 발생한 남부지역 집중 호우로 피해를 입은 경북·전북·충남 지역 수재민을 돕기 위해 나섰다.두 회사는 호우 피해 지역에 서비스팀을 보내 물에 잠긴 가전을 점검,알메리아 대 엘체수리하고 부품 교체 등 서비스를 제공했다.

12일 삼성전자에 따르면 삼성전자서비스는 전날 충남 논산시 강경읍과 전북 완주군 운주면,알메리아 대 엘체12일 대전시 서구 용촌동에 각각 수해 복구 서비스 거점을 마련하고 지원 활동을 시작했다.이 서비스팀은 침수된 전자 제품의 상태를 살핀 뒤 오염물을 세척하고 부품을 바꿨다.광범위한 지역에서 침수 피해가 발생한 충북 영동군,알메리아 대 엘체경북 영양군 입암면에서는 서비스 엔지니어들이 피해 가정을 돌며 복구를 돕는다.삼성전자는 "서비스 컨택센터로 가전제품이 침수됐다고 접수하면 엔지니어가 찾아가 수해 복구 서비스를 할 예정"이라고 안내했다.'찾아가는 휴대폰 점검 서비스'도 실시해 휴대폰의 세척,알메리아 대 엘체건조,고장 점검도 진행한다.

LG전자도 같은 날 영양군을 시작으로 완주군 운주면,알메리아 대 엘체논산시 강경읍에 긴급 수해 서비스 거점을 마련해 가전제품 무상 점검 및 수리 서비스를 지원하고 있다고 밝혔다.현장에 간 서비스 매니저들은 제품 및 제조사 관계없이 침수 제품을 점검하고 수해 서비스 대응 차량을 보내 세척∙수리∙부품 교체 등을 발 빠르게 진행 중이다.일부 지역에서는 매니저가 찾아가는 서비스도 제공하고 있다.이번 집중 호우로 가전제품 침수 피해를 겪은 고객들은 LG전자 고객센터로 접수하거나 서비스 센터를 찾아가면 같은 내용의 도움을 받을 수 있다.
