적발된 마약물[수원지검 제공]120억 원 상당의 필로폰을 밀수하고 투약한 일당이 재판에 넘겨졌다.

수원지검 형사 3부(이동현 부장검사)는 마약류 관리에 관한 법률 위반(향정) 등의 혐의로 총책 A씨(43)와 B씨(47)를 구속기소 했다고 17일 밝혔다.

검찰은 또 공범인 C씨(41·여)를 범인은닉 및 마약법 위반(향정)혐의로 구속했다.

A씨 등은 2월10일부터 5월 29일까지 안산에 소재한 숙박업소 등에서 필로폰을 투약한 혐의를 받는다.이들이 밀수한 필로폰 6kg은 캄보디아 거주 중국인을 통해 미국에서 밀수한 것으로 조사됐다.

인천국제공항 세관은 지난 2월 16일과 20일 국제우편물에서 해당 필로폰 3kg을 각각 적발했다.

검찰은 우편물 수취인 등을 조사해 26일 B씨를 체포한 후 범행에 가담한 A씨와 C씨를 5월 29일 검거했다.

A씨와 C씨는 사실혼 관계이며,하시오카 다이키 프로필C씨는 A씨에게 마약을 공급받았다.

A씨가 국내 들여온 필로폰은 6kg(시가 120억 원)으로 12만명이 동시 투약할 수 있는 분량이다.

A씨는 과거 안산지역 일대에서 마약을 공급한 중국인과 알고 지낸 것으로 파악됐다.해당 중국인은 강제 추방된 상태이다.

검찰과 국가정보원은 적발된 필로폰에 대한‘마약류 지문 감정’을 진행한 결과 멕시코에서 제조한 것으로 확인됐다고 밝혔다‘마약류 지문 감정’이란 마약의 물리·화학적 특성을 분석해 제조 방법·지역 등을 알아내는 기법이다.

검찰은 미국-캄보디아-멕시코가 연계된 국제적 마약밀수 범죄로 보고 있다.또 캄보디아에 거주하는 마약 공급망 중국인에 대해선 인터폴 적색수배를 요청할 예정이다.
