14일 서울대 발전재단에 따르면 홈페이지에서 재단은 학부모에게 서울대의 영문 약자죠,가나초콜릿'SNU'라고 적혀 있는 SNU 패밀리 차량 스티커를 발송해주고 있습니다.

발전재단 측은 스티커와 관련해 "서울대 구성원으로서 소속감을 고취하려는 목적"이었다고 설명했습니다.

이를 두고 온라인상에선 '서울대 가족' 스티커가 학벌 지상주의를 부추긴다는 비판이 있는가 하면 해외 대학에서도 흔한 기념품이 무슨 문제냐는 의견이 팽팽히 맞서고 있습니다.
