(서울=뉴스1) 강수련 기자 = 한국거래소 시장감시위원회가 네이버페이와 상호협력에 관한 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 1일 밝혔다.

양 기관은 건전한 온라인 투자문화 조성을 위해 사이버 시장감시 모니터링을 강화하는 한편 클린 캠페인을 통해 불공정거래 예방 및 투자자보호에 상호 협력하기로 합의했다.

이를 위해 네이버페이 주식 커뮤니티 내 불공정거래를 예방하기 위해 주주 전용 커뮤니티서비스인 '주주오픈톡'도 시장감시 모니터링 대상으로 편입할 예정이다.거래소는 네이버페이 증권 종목토론실을 대상으로 시장감시 모니터링을 진행해왔다.

양 기관은 사이버감시 모니터링 대상 확대로 잠재적인 사이버 불공정거래에 대한 사전예방 기능을 강화할 예정이다.

또 오는 8~9월 중 불공정 거래 관련 퀴즈이벤트,빵빵이 월드컵종목토론실 캠페인배너 게재 및 주주오픈톡 시장경보 지정현황 안내 등 온라인상 다양한 클린 캠페인을 통해 건전한 투자문화를 조성할 계획이다.
