소비자단체협의회 "최근 접수된 배송·환급 지연 피해 129건"

(서울=연합뉴스) 전성훈 기자 = 한국소비자단체협의회는 넥스트드림이 운영하는 온라인 쇼핑몰 '이끌림'에 대한 소비자 피해 상담 건수가 급증해 '소비자 피해주의보'를 발령한다고 25일 밝혔다.

협의회에 따르면 이끌림과 관련해 지난 12∼24일에만 1372소비자상담센터에 129건의 피해 신고가 접수됐다.

피해 유형은 모두 배송·환급 지연이었다.현재 해당 업체와 연락조차 되지 않는다는 신고가 잇따르고 있어 피해 건수는 더 늘어날 것으로 우려된다.

피해 신고 대상 제품은 다이슨 헤어케어 제품인 에어랩(81건)과 진라면 묶음 상품(48건)으로 나타났다.

이끌림은 시중가 69만9천원인 다이슨 에어랩을 34만∼38만원에,오토플러스 리본카 제주지점진라면 20개 묶음은 6천900원에 각각 내놓고 구매를 유도했다고 협의회는 설명했다.

이끌림 웹사이트는 이미 운영이 중단됐고 인천시 옹진구청에 등록된 사업자 주소지상의 사무실도 임차 기간이 만료돼 판매자를 통한 피해액 환급은 사실상 어려운 상황이다.

협의회는 해당 쇼핑몰에서 피해를 본 소비자는 1372 상담센터에서 상담받을 것을 권고했다.

협의회는 또 온라인 쇼핑몰 피해를 예방하기 위해선 사후 피해 보상이 가능한 신용카드로 결제하고 시중보다 크게 낮은 가격을 앞세운 업체는 주의할 필요가 있다고 당부했다.
