[서울=뉴시스] 구무서 기자 = 보건복지부는 불법개설 의심 약국 단속 역량 강화를 주요 내용으로 하는 약사법 시행령 일부 개정령안이 국무회의에서 의결됐다고 9일 밝혔다.

이번 시행령 개정안은 불법개설 의심 약국 실태조사 근거를 규정한 약사법 개정안 시행에 맞춰 법률에서 위임한 세부사항을 정하기 위해 마련했다.

주요 내용을 보면 요양기관 실태조사 경험과 역량을 갖춘 국민건강보험공단을 업무위탁기관으로 지정해 업무 효율성을 높이고 전문성을 강화했다.

또 공공기관(건강보험심사평가원),프리미어리그 라이브 블루티비약사회 및 한약사회 등 실태조사를 위해 업무 협조 요청을 할 수 있는 기관·단체 등의 범위를 정해 의약품 공급내역 정보 및 의심약국 신고 등 정보제공 협조를 위한 근거를 마련했다.

김국일 복지부 보건의료정책관은 "불법 개설 약국은 국민의 건강을 위협하고 건강보험 재정을 악화시키는 중대 범죄이나,프리미어리그 라이브 블루티비최근 브로커를 통한 편법 개설 등 수단이 고도화 되고 있다"며 "이번 시행령 개정을 통해 불법 개설 의심약국 단속 역량을 강화하고 건강보험 재정 누수 방지에 기여할 것으로 기대한다"고 말했다.
