25일 사회복지사법 일부개정령안 국무회의 의결

보건복지부.ⓒ데일리안DB[데일리안 = 박진석 기자] 보건복지부는 25일 국무회의에서‘사회복지사 등의 처우 및 지위 향상을 위한 법률(사회복지사법) 시행령’일부개정령안이 의결됐다고 밝혔다.

이번 개정안은 사회복지종사자 권익지원센터의 설치·운영 근거를 마련하는 내용이다.

주요 내용을 보면 사회복지종사자 권익지원센터는 업무 수행을 위한 전담인력과 사무실 및 상담실을 갖추고 운영방침,업무분장,산도깨비 단소 악보재무·회계 관련 자료의 작성·관리 등에 관한 사항이 포함된 운영관리 규정을 마련해 시행한다.

또 권익지원센터의 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 경우 관계 행정기관,산도깨비 단소 악보공공기관,산도깨비 단소 악보법인·단체 등에 기관 현황 자료 등 자료 제공에 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

복지부 장관 또는 시·도지사가 정하는 바에 따라 사업운영계획과 예산운용계획,산도깨비 단소 악보사업추진 결과 등에 관한 사항을 복지부 장관 또는 시·도지사에게 보고하면 된다.

복지부장관 또는 시·도지사는 사회복지종사자 권익지원센터의 운영을 공공기관,산도깨비 단소 악보한국사회복지협의회,한국사회복지사협회 또는 그밖에 사회복지종사자 권익지원 업무에 전문성이 있다고 인정되는 기관·단체에 위탁할 수 있다.

아울러 법 제3조의3 제3항에 따라 권익지원센터의 업무를 위탁하는 경우에는 위탁받은 기관 또는 단체와 위탁업무에 관한 사항을 복지부 또는 시·도의 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다.
