이번 할리우드점 오픈은 K치킨이 프라이드치킨 종주국 미국의 중심부에 정착했음을 보여주는 면에서 상징적이다.미국에서 뉴욕에 이어 두 번째로 큰 도시인 LA의 할리우드는 대표 여행지다.유니버설스튜디오,오스카 시상식이 열리는 돌비 극장 등이 있는 할리우드를 찾는 연간 방문 관광객만 1,000만 명으로 알려졌다.또 리어나도 디캐프리오,앤젤리나 졸리 등 세계적인 영화배우도 할리우드에 거주하고 있다.

할리우드점은 92.9㎡(약 28평) 크기로 포장과 배달에 집중한다.인근에 영화 촬영지와 스튜디오 산업이 몰려 있어 포장·배달 수요가 높은 점을 감안했다.명예의 거리에 들르는 관광객을 손님으로 유치하기에도 용이하다.
