[앵커]

정부가 도수치료와 백내장 수술 등 과잉 진료 우려가 제기돼 온 비급여 진료들을 일부 제한하기로 했습니다.

또,월드컵 정치필수의료 보상 강화를 위해 보상 수준이 낮았던 중증수술 1천여 개를 선별해 수가 인상에 나섭니다.

[리포트]

정부가 의료 체계 정상화를 위해 비급여 진료와 실손보험 개혁 논의에 착수했습니다.

먼저 도수 치료와 일부 백내장 수술 등 과잉 우려가 명백한 비급여 진료는,급여 진료와 병행하는 '혼합 진료'를 손보기로 했습니다.

비급여인 도수치료를 받으면서 급여 대상인 물리치료를 함께 진행하거나,백내장 수술 시 비급여인 다초점 렌즈 삽입술을 같이 받는 것을 제한하는 방식입니다.

필수의료 분야에 대한 수가 보상 강화도 추진됩니다.

현재 '행위별 수가제'에 따라 중증 고난도 수술보다 검사를 많이 할수록 보상이 커진다는 지적에 보상 체계 개편을 논의 중입니다.

정부는 우선 상급종합병원 등에서 이뤄지는 1,000여 개의 중증수술을 선별해 수가 인상에 나서기로 했습니다.

중증이나 응급,야간,월드컵 정치소아 진료 등 6개 필수 의료분야는 공공정책 수가도 강화합니다.

이와 함께 의료기관이 진료량보다는 치료 성과를 높이는 데 집중할 수 있도록 성과 보상제를 추진하기로 했습니다.

특히 상급종합병원은 중증 진료 집중을 위해,의료기관별로 '적합 질환군'을 선정하고,월드컵 정치적합 질환자를 진료할 때는 더 많이 보상할 방침입니다.
