강원도 홍천에서 사라진 90대 치매 노인이 민·관·군·경·소방의 합동 수색과 과학 수사 덕분에 무사히 가족의 품으로 돌아갔다.

홍천소방서에 따르면 7일 오전 8시 29분께 두촌면 원동리 터골에서 A(여·95)씨가 실종 신고가 접수된 지 약 60시간만에 발견됐다.치매 증상이 있는 A씨는 자택에서 600m거리에서 의식이 있는 상태에서 발견됐고 병원에 이송돼 치료를 받고 있다.

A씨의 실종 신고는 지난 4일 오후 7시 53분께 112로 접수됐다.경찰과 소방,군부대(108여단),월드컵 본선 경우의수홍천군,월드컵 본선 경우의수의용소방대연합회 대원 150여명이 야산에서 수색 작업을 벌였다.신영재 군수도 현장을 수시로 점검했다.

실마리는 드론 장비가 찾았다.강원경찰청 신속 실종지원팀이 띄운 드론이 이상물체 감지 신호를 보냈고,월드컵 본선 경우의수곧바로 투입된‘증거체취견(수색견)’볼트(4)가 A씨를 찾았다.대형견‘벨지안 마리노이즈’품종인 볼트는 지난해 경북 산사태 현장에서도 실종자를 찾았다.강원경찰청 증거체취견인 불트와 콤마는 올해에만 도내에서 실종자 4명을 발견했다.

홍천군은 “지역 유관기관이 합심해 실종 어르신이 찾았고,치매 노인 안전을 위해 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
