(인천=연합뉴스) 신민재 기자 = 인천시 지정 문화유산 보존지역 범위가 20년 만에 대폭 축소돼 주변 지역에서의 건축행위 등 주민 재산권 행사가 한층 자유로워질 전망이다.

인천시는 10일 시 지정 문화유산의 '역사문화환경 보존지역' 규제 완화를 골자로 하는 기준 조정안을 고시했다.

이번에 조정된 기준은 역사문화환경 보존지역 가운데 녹지 지역과 도시외 지역의 경우 현행 문화유산 반경 500m에서 300m로 축소하는 것이 핵심이다.도시 지역은 반경 200ｍ가 유지된다.

인천시 지정 문화유산은 모두 55곳이며 이 중 34곳 주변 17.2㎢가 이번 조치로 규제 지역에서 해제됐다.

인천에서 역사문화환경 보존지역 범위가 변경된 것은 이 제도가 도입된 2003년 이후 처음이다.

시는 문화유산 가운데 역사문화환경 보존에 직접적인 영향이 없는 연수구 동춘동 '영일정씨 동춘묘역'과 계양구 작전동 '영신군 이이묘' 등 도시 지역 일반묘역 9곳에 대해서도 다른 법령에 따른 구역으로 설정해 사실상 문화유산 규제를 풀었다.

시는 주민들의 규제 완화 요구를 수용해 2014년에도 관련 조례 개정을 추진했지만,에픽 잭팟 슬롯 무료 코인당시에는 문화재청과 협의가 이뤄지지 않아 불발됐고 올해 조례 개정을 거쳐 문화유산 보존지역 기준을 조정했다.
