해당 아파트 거주자라 밝힌 작성자는 일부 입주민들이 "할인 분양 세대를 반대한다고 이사 들어오는 차량 막으려고 드러눕고,카사 블랑카이사 오지 말라"며 소리를 질렀다고 전했습니다.

이어 "어린아이들이 뭘 보고 배울까 걱정되어 저도 이 아파트 떠나고 싶다"고 토로했습니다.

함께 올라온 사진에는 한 남성이 바닥에 드러누운 모습과 입주 반대 팻말을 들고 서 있는 입주민들의 모습이 담겼습니다.

최초 입주민들과 할인 분양 입주자들의 갈등으로 대치가 이어졌고,카사 블랑카경찰이 출동해 제지하고 나서야 이사가 마무리될 수 있던 것으로 전해졌습니다.

이에 누리꾼들은 "왜 저걸 입주자한테 따지냐.할인해 준 건설사에 따져야지",카사 블랑카"저런 행동이 아파트값을 더 떨어뜨린다" 등의 반응을 보였습니다.

해당 아파트는 앞서 지난해 10월에도 할인 분양을 놓고 입주민들과 갈등이 불거지면서 논란이 됐습니다.
