삼성전자 최대 노동조합인 전국삼성전자노동조합(전삼노)이 2차 무기한 총파업을 선언했다.

10일 삼성전자 노조는 2차 총파업 선언문을 발표하고 무기한 총파업을 선언했다.노조는 "1차 총파업 이후에도 사측의 대화 의지가 없음을 확인했다"며 이같이 밝혔다.

노조는 "사측은 대화를 하지 않고 부서장들을 앞장세워 파업을 방해하고 있다"며 "우리는 법적인 조치를 포함한 모든 수단을 써서 응징할 것이다.파업 때문인 손실을 상쇄하는 안건이 나오기 전까지 멈추지 않을 것"이라고 강조했다.

전삼노는 ▲집행부 지침 전까지 출근 금지 ▲파업 근태 사전 상신 금지,타결 이후 상신 등의 지침을 공지했다.

노조원들에게 파업 동참도 거듭 호소했다.전삼노는 "아직 파업 참여를 망설이는 여러분께 간곡히 요청한다"며 "망설임은 결과를 지연시킬 뿐이다.우리의 목표와 승리를 앞당기기 위해 여러분의 결단이 필요하다"고 강조했다.

앞서 전삼노에 따르면 1차 총파업 참여 의사를 밝힌 인원은 6540명으로 이중 설비,제조,스포츠실시간배팅사이트개발공정 참여자는 5211명,스포츠실시간배팅사이트반도체 주요 라인인 기흥,스포츠실시간배팅사이트화성,스포츠실시간배팅사이트평택사업장 참여자는 4477명이다.

한편,사측은 노조와의 대화 채널은 항상 열려있다는 태도다.단 1차 총파업 이후 노사 간 공식 대화는 없었던 것으로 전해졌다.
