다음 주로 다가온 의료계 집단 휴진을 앞두고 정부가 강경한 입장을 내놨습니다.

정부는 집단 휴진은 의료법에 금지된 진료거부에 해당될 수 있다며,불법 행위에 엄정 대응하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

[전병왕/중앙재난안전대책본부 제1통제관 : "일방적인 진료예약을 했다가,수술을 하기로 했다가 취소되고 하는 경우는 의료법 위반의 소지가 있다고 말씀드렸고요."]

전국 3만 6천여 개 의료기관에 진료명령과 휴진신고 명령이 내려졌고,집단 휴진 피해 접수 대상은 의원급까지 확대됐습니다.

전공의 측은 즉각 반발했습니다.
