2024 넷마블 지속가능경영 보고서에는 2023년 핵심 ESG 이슈,지속가능경영 성과(시의성 있는 정보 제공을 위해 2024년 6월까지의 성과 일부 포함) 등이 중점적으로 담겨 있다.

이를 위해 사옥 지타워의 친환경 건축물 수상,여성가족부 '가족친화 우수 기업' 6년 연속 재인증,전국 장애학생 e페스티벌 14주년 등 환경부터 사회와 거버넌스까지 ESG 전분야를 아우르는 다양한 성과를 조명했다.또한 경영 비전과 연계한 ESG 비전(We Entertain,Support,토토북 편집부and Grow Together)을 바탕으로 '유저',토토북 편집부'구성원',토토북 편집부'주주',토토북 편집부'파트너','지역사회'로 세분화 된 ESG 전략을 강조했다.

유럽 지속가능성 공시기준(ESRS,토토북 편집부European Sustainability Reporting Standards)을 고려한 이중 중대성 평가를 도입해 도출된 4개의 상위 중대 이슈 △유저 만족 제고 △인재 확보 및 육성 △기술혁신 및 연구개발 강화 △정보보안 및 개인정보보호를 중심으로 ESG경영을 실현할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

넷마블은 ESG위원회의 이사회 산하 편입 이후 강화된 지속가능 경영체계 아래 구성원들에게 ESG가치를 내재화해 ESG 비전과 전략을 적극 실천해 나갈 방침이다.
