인천의 한 샌드위치 무인판매점 업주가 점포에 붙인 공지문입니다.

한 여성이 매장 내 CCTV를 향해 얼굴과 휴대전화를 비추는 사진이 첨부돼 있고,발칸그 아래로 "6월 29일 밤 23시 20분쯤,간편 결제로 결제하는 척하다 화면 초기화 누르고 그냥 가져간 여자분!"이라고 쓰여 있습니다.

이어 업주는 "그냥 가져가니까 잡아보라고 CCTV 화면에 휴대폰 화면,발칸얼굴 정면까지 친절하게 남겨주고 가셨나?연락 달라"고 적었습니다.

절도범으로 의심한 여성의 CCTV 화면 캡처 사진을 모자이크도 하지 않고 출력한 뒤,가게 안에 붙여놓은 겁니다.

업주가 절도범으로 지목한 여성은 중학생 A양이었는데,A양은 이틀 뒤 매장에 다시 갔다가 공지문을 직접 본 것으로 전해졌습니다.

A양 부모는 언론 인터뷰에서 "간편 결제를 처음 써 본 딸이 혹시 결제가 안 돼 절도범으로 오해받을까 봐,발칸가게 안 CCTV를 향해 결제 내역을 보여줬는데도 도둑으로 몰렸다"며 분통을 터뜨렸습니다.

그러면서 "딸은 도둑으로 몰린 자신의 사진을 보고 너무 놀라 공부도 제대로 못 하고 있다"며 "앞으로 동네에서 어떻게 얼굴을 들고 다니냐"고 토로했습니다.

업주는 A양이 정상 결제했다는 사실을 뒤늦게 알게 된 것으로 전해졌습니다.

업주는 "지금까지도 결제용 기기에 A양의 구매 내역이 없는데 오류인 것 같다"며 "어제 오전 간편 결제 회사에 문의해 정상적으로 결제된 사실을 확인했다"고 말했습니다.

그러면서 "대담하게 절도를 저지르는 것 같아 괘씸한 마음에 얼굴 사진을 공개했는데 상처받은 학생에게 미안한 마음을 전하고 싶다"고 사과의 뜻을 전했습니다.

하지만 A양의 부모는 "제대로 확인도 안 하고 딸의 얼굴을 공개해 명예를 훼손했다"며 업주를 고소한 상태입니다.

경찰은 고소인을 조만간 불러 조사하고 명예훼손 혐의 적용이 가능한지도 검토할 방침입니다.
