SK스퀘어 이사회는 총 5개 소위원회로 구성되어 있고,rcd 마요르카 대 지로나 통계이 중 인사보상위원회는 대표이사 후보군을 관리하고 추천하는 역할을 맡는다.

SK스퀘어는 향후 임시주주총회와 이사회를 통해 인사보상위원회가 추천한 인사를 사내이사 및 대표이사로 선임할 예정이다.

회사 측은 "박 사장은 2022년 부임 이후 투자전문회사 정체성을 확립하고,rcd 마요르카 대 지로나 통계포트폴리오 유동화 및 신규 투자재원 확보 성과를 거두는 등 출범 3년차인 SK스퀘어의 초석을 다지는데 기여했다"고 전했다.

한편 SK그룹은 방대한 계열사 중복 사업 및 무분별한 투자로 인한 비효율적 경영 문제를 해결하기 위해 전면적인 사업 재편(리밸런싱) 작업을 하고 있다.

SK하이닉스를 자회사로 둔 SK스퀘어의 경우 산하 23개사 중 18개사가 손실을 보는 것으로 파악되면서 대대적인 정리와 함께 대표이사 경질설이 나온 바 있다.

SK그룹은 오는 28~29일 경기 이천 SKMS연구소에서 주요 계열사 임원진들이 참석하는 경영전략회의를 열고 1박2일간 '끝장토론'을 통해 사업 조정안 등을 논의할 예정이다.
