분할 이후 두산에너빌리티는 더 이상 두산밥캣의 배당수익을 받지 못한다.

투자자산으로 인식되던 2조2000억원 규모의 두산밥캣 지분도 사라져 재무융통성에 타격을 줄 거라는 분석이다.

두산에너빌리티가 분할신설법인으로 자산과 부채를 이관하면서 순자산이 1조5000억원 감소하는 것도 부채비율 상승을 초래할 걸로 보인다.

다만 두산그룹 전체 신용도 관점에서 두산밥캣에 대한 지배력이 강화되는 건 긍정적으로 평가됐다.

나신평 측은 “두산의 연결실체측면에서는 달라지는 게 없어 직접적인 재무적 영향은 제한적이지만 계열 최상위기업인 두산의 밥캣에 대한 지배력이 강화되는 측면에서는 긍정적”이라고 판단했다.

한편 신용평가사별로 의견은 갈렸다.한국기업평가는 이번 지배구조 개편이 두산에너빌리티 신용도에 미치는 영향이 제한적이라고 분석했다.

한기평 측은 “두산에너빌리티는 단기적으로 배당수익 소멸로 이익 규모가 축소되겠지만 국내외 우호적인 사업환경 하에 양적·질적으로 개선된 수주잔고를 바탕으로 양호한 영업현금흐름을 창출해 자금소요에 자체적으로 대응할 수 있을 전망”이라고 말했다.

나신평과 한기평은 모두 두산에너빌리티의 신용등급을‘BBB+(안정적)’로 매기고 있다.
