쿤스 의원은 "바이든 선거캠프 공동위원장들이 오늘 바이든 대통령과 건설적이고 확 트인 긍정적인 통화를 했다"며 "바이든 대통령이 한 시간 넘게 앞으로 나아갈 최선의 길에 대한 솔직한 조언과 충고를 구했다"고 전했습니다.

이 통화는 바이든 대통령이 위스콘신에서 유세하고 ABC 방송과 인터뷰를 한 다음 날 이뤄졌습니다.

바이든 대통령은 이 유세와 인터뷰에서 자신의 건강과 인지력에 문제가 없다며 대선 완주 의사를 거듭 강조했습니다 그는 미 워싱턴DC에서 열리는 북대서양조약기구(나토) 정상회의 마지막 날인 오는 11일을 전후해 대선 TV 토론 이후 처음으로 공식 기자회견을 할 예정입니다.
