그러나 A 씨가 B 씨의 자백 내용을 부인하자,나눔로또판매점 남문시장1심과 2심은 조서를 증거에서 배제해야 한다고 판단했고,나눔로또판매점 남문시장범행이 완전히 증명되지 않았다며 무죄를 선고했습니다.
