광주도시철도건설본부는 도시철도 2단계 7공구·10공구에 대한 공사업체 입찰 공고를 조달청을 통해 게시했다고 15일 밝혔다.

이번 입찰공고는 5번째이며 조달청은 오는 29일까지 적격성 심사신청을 받고 다음달 23일 공사 업체를 선정할 계획이다.

공사 추정 금액은 7공구 1726억9000여만원,비바라비다 토토10공구 1295억3000여만원이다.

광주도시철도공사는 공사 업체 등을 찾아가 적정 공사비용 등의 요구사항을 청취해 공사에 참여시키는 방안도 고려하고 있다.

광주도시철도 2단계 7공구는 전남대학교 후문부터 오치동 육교까지 2.493㎞ 길이이며,비바라비다 토토10공구는 본촌동 오비맥주공장부터 양산지구 사거리 1.808㎞ 구간이다.

지난 2023년 8월과 11월,비바라비다 토토12월에 사업자 선정 공개입찰을 세차례 진행했지만 모두 유찰됐다.또 지역 업체 참여비율과 지하철 시공 실적 요건 등을 완화해 지난 달 새롭게 공모를 추진했지만 사업자가 자격기준을 충족하지 못해 선정을 하지 못했다.

지난 2019년 착공에 들어간 1단계 사업은 서구 유촌동~북구 중흥동까지며 2026년 개통을 목표로 하고 있다.

2단계 사업은 북구 중흥동~서구 유촌동 20㎞(18개 역사)구간으로 2030년 완전 개통이 목표이지만 7·10 공구 공사가 늦어지면 선로 연결 등의 차질이 빚어진다.
